Scrap Hop

Well this month there is a really great deal on some of the two step stampin products.  With 20% off selected stamp sets there has never been a better time to figure out how these stamps work!!

Scrapbooking is something alot of us think about getting started with but actually never quite get around to.  I love putting together coordinated scrapbooks but also doing the odd page spreads to reflect on things that have happened in life! or perhaps more I managed to remember to photograph at the time!!

With this in mind In Love with stamping is once again hosting a blog hop to promote the two step stamping deal but also to celebrate a bit of scrapping in our lives! From min books to 12 x 12 double page spreads we have it all......masses of inspiration and lots of lovely eye candy to look at in a few quite moments.  The hop starts here and Caz is before me and the next hopper is Caroline with some really lovely things.

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

A double with Trees

Last year we had our enormous Willow pruned back - we took 2 tonnes of wood off!  And it is still one of the biggest trees in the area.  I managed to take some piccies and this is what I did with them.  I used Mellow Moss textured Card for the background and the Sweet Pea Papers that match the Trendy Trees Set.  The trees were stampamajigged and I also used a few different colours on the leaves by rock and rolling the stamps in greens and oranges to get a less uniform colour.  The Lettering is On Board lettering coloured with the markers and All supplies used are from Stampin' Up!
