Time to Sale-a-brate

Time indeed.  I have been having some fun playing with the all new sale-a-bration free stamp sets - spend £45 and one of these could be yours!!

To celebrate the sale-a-brate we have a little blog hop going on - with many many fab works from a whole host of talented demonstrators.  So if you have come here from Gem's blog ( here ) welcome and come on in!

Want your own set - then contact me to place your order and it can be delivered straight to your door.  I can also now take Mastercard and Visa making things even easier.

My projects are using the Bliss set - I just love this - so up my street!!

First set is a set of notelets using the new size note cards and envelopes - I just LOVE these they feel very french to me - but that is probable also something to do with how I decorated them. - lol.  I used baja breeze ink and just stamped onto whisper white - with some of the butterflies double stamped for a shadow and some of the flowers stamped off for more texture and depth.  All highlighted with the perfect little tiny pearls we now sell - just love these and they are on my list for the next reorder.  The Greeting is one from Curly Cute and is stamped in Basic Grey Ink.

Set of notelets 6.75
Baja Breeze ink pad 4.95
Sahara sand ink pad 4.95
Set of paper snips 7.95
Pack of white card 7.50
Packet of pearls 4.50
Tombow Glue 3.25
Narrow Taffetta ribbon in your colour choice 5.25

Total £45.10 plus £4.95 postage

and of course for your spend you get the Bliss Stamp set for free!!

My second project was another little play with some cutting and mounting - how intricate is this - this set Sweet Summer is so delicate and gives you a lovely warm feeling on these cold early spring days.  The base textured card is Old Olive, as is the striped gross grain.  It is all stamped on whisper white, using Old Olive ink for the background circle and with the vine stamp and for the leaves.  I used Regal Rose to stamp the circle flowers which are punched out with the 1 inch punch.  Baja Breeze features again for stamping some bees and butterflies and Pretty in Pink for the Birds - all coloured using the watercolour brushes and the ink pads.Everything was then cut out and mounted on dimensionals and then glittered to highlight.  Yet more pearls feature as highlights.  I had fun with this one - not a quick card but definitely worth the effort

Anyway now its time to ho along to the next step in your journey - enjoy the inspiration as you visit Pat or well Cupcake as I know her :-)  ( here )

Oh and just a little extra you could experiment with the suggested order....all I added was some glitter and a glue pen....
