Chocolate Mother's Day

Another post another picture :-). Mums and chocolate go together like.....

This is one made with the Haiti Relief set Greenhouse Garden for which £1 goes to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief fund (wow there is a mouthful!) I used versamark on Kraft Cardstock then for the outlines the white craft ink. I REALLY like the subtle effect of this, its layered onto whisper white and close to cocoa and finished with some white gel pen and a twist of Whisper White Double sided satin Ribbon. The greeting is from Occasional Greetings.

I have found as my card making progresses it gets simpler in style - I prefer uncluttered unfussy and I find if I try to do too much on a card it just ends up looking fussy and not what I intended.

Anyway this one is now in the to send pile- one more to go :-)
